SCOPE

There is a wide scope in imparting training to the organization employees on this virtual platform. We at Tiger Paws -RVMS are introducing ‘Synchronous Online Training Modules’. The is designed as a ‘virtual exercise’ where the participants are taught and trained in understanding and application of fundamental management concepts. The real life situations in the training modules help in easy assimilation and understanding of the various concepts. Virtual team games and problem solving is what we best render.

 

The duration of a module varies from 40 minutes to an hour. They are interactive, challenging and require logical thinking and execution. The real life situations in the module make the exercise interesting. In addition to guiding participants in management concepts like leadership, decision Making etc., we also do the “Personality Assessment” of each participant and provide a comprehensive report on the participant, which gives brief “POINTERS” with regard to his growth potential, aptitude, trainability and dynamic characteristics. This, we believe, will greatly help the apex level managers to chart a suitable course of action with regard to honing the skills of their employees.

 

Thus, our modules encourage participants in assimilation, planning and arriving at logical conclusions in given situations. This improves their capability to apply themselves in any given situation in the organization.

CONDUCT

The training is imparted on a virtual platform ( Zooming ). Each module has a maximum capacity of 10 individuals as participants. Incase, the number of participants is more than 10, then a separate module will be run for them. Each module has a time duration of 40 minutes to 1 hour. A real life situation is painted for the participants and they are provided some resources to carry out their task. For the ease of assimilation and understanding, the situation is explained with the help of a narrative and a map. The participants arrive at a solution by way of an inter active discussion and finalize the course of action.

The modules begins with a brief introduction of the Instructors and the participants. The participants are given a situation by way of a “narrative’. They are given some time ( 05- 07 min ) to understand and assimilate. Thereafter the situation is further explained with an aid, namely, a map. The participants are then asked to start discussing the situation live and arrive at a common group solution. Tips and pointers on the management concepts are also given to the participants. There is a brief Question and Answer session where, the participants can clear their doubts, if any.

LARGE GROUPS

Large groups can be catered to and facilitated with specific virtual team games and problem solving modules.
